Much appreciated. Thanks fellas!

I've started work on the crank discs.
Two off, 3" square x 10mm blanks. And aching arms.......
Scott Vacuum Engine......Topped, to 68mm o/d........
Scott Vacuum Engine......Skimmed. Finished at 3/8" thick........
Scott Vacuum Engine......Sleevelocked, sleeves. To increased shaft location length......
Scott Vacuum Engine......Drilled/ reamed 6mm, for silver steel shaft. Sleeves topped to 8mm dia. No discernible wobble, when spun on shaft.......
Scott Vacuum Engine......Time to make 'em look like crank discs!
If I mill away to centre line, as usual, (l/h disc). I guess the assembly would be "over balanced".
The r/h disk seems more, functional.
Scott Vacuum Engine......The present c/i piston and rod assembly, weighs 63gms.
Is there a quick n dirty,
simple formula.
Which I could understand. To calculate how much weight to remove from big end area?
