Hi KRV ..

What's 'engine # 11' ??

BTW I've wondered what the significance of KRV3000 was ..

Accidently spotted one on the net ... whacking great milling machine ..

You got one ??

Krv,

It's nice to see that you are doing it the long way, by hand.

A lot of us have forgotten that a drill, hacksaw and file can be used instead of a mill. It brings back memories when I had no mill either, but I had a lot of elbow power then.

Nice work Bob! You must have the patience of a saint doing all that with files & hacksaws... although I must admit I get bored of filing very quickly...
Cheers!

That's looking really nice Bob, can't wait to see it assembled.

To answer your earlier question - I've not heard from the engine owner yet, I think it'll be a few weeks yet before he's ready to run it.
Cheers!

HI yep no problem the engine is made up by me no desing as sutsh rufley bast on a stuart turner No 10 horesontel engine the wood on the barrel is to asimualate silinder laging all i did for that is turn up a pece of wood then drilld out the midel cut to lenth then cut it to fit a rawnd the cilinder its not one hole pece but two if you look you may see the joine then its glued on to the cilinder with thermobond its a bit like epoxey but desinde for things that gets hot
