Awesome videos Ralph.  :headbang:

Thanks
Eric

-steves-:
I had a go at a couple of these over the weekend.....currently now the proud owner of two very bent and twisted bits of brass as the 1st one I got the machining order wrong and the second one I accidentally went it too heavy with the mill......might post up some pics of the scrap metal at some point, maybe once I have successfully completed one, just to prove to myself that I can do it, so close twice, lol....  :)

Divided he ad:
Thanks Eric  Glad you liked 'em  :)

Steves, Sounds like a few valuable lessons learned! We've all done it.... Usually with a few heart stopping moments involved too! :bugeye:

Looking forward to seeing the 3rd go

Ralph.

Hey Ralph, the heart stopping moment wasn't funny, the mill locked up and even after turning the dial back to zero I could hear the head still trying to turn, nearly pooped myself....lol  :bugeye:

As you say, lessons being learnt and thats what its all about for me at the moment. Not done much on the mill to date, so thought this would be a good learning curve, its even better than I thought, lol

The Emergency Stop button, is a handy tool to use under those circumstances........  :D

Very pleased the operator wasn't damaged, during the exercise!
