After you are finished going through the alphabet you are going to have to start going by number. I just counted them up and there are at least 29 Dave's. No wonder it's getting confusing.  :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi Stew ,,,,,,, Just as Jason replied ,,,,, i will make one from O ring cord  :dremel:


Just cut to the required length and super glue the ends  :med:

Hi Jason ,,,,,,, About 3/4 of an hour for the 3D computer model ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 1 1/2 hours for the CAM /G code part ,, i am still feeling my way around that part  and 3 hours 47 minutes of CNC machine time  :dremel:

Hi Dave ,,,,,,,,,, Four M3 socket cap screws from the underside of the plate screwed into the part were the 4 fixings would go to attach the part to the engine ,the part was spaced up from the fixture plate with 4 washers i had ground to the same thickness  ,,,, the holes were then drilled M4 clear and counter bored  so it could be bolted to the engine .

I recon they would make a good drive belt for a small engine Governor
