Moving on :lol: :lol: :lol: Milled up the stock for the tank ,, i machined most of the material away on the HZ mill as it was quicker to do it that way . Mounted to my ally fixture plate ready for the CNC to do its job. First profile complete . Next up a chamfer around the profile Next up the O ring grove 1.5mm Then spot drilling the bolt down pads ,,,,,,,, nearly had a disaster on this operation ,, i for got to program the tool to lift to clear the job as it moved to the third hole ::) Pocket next :dremel: A bit like watching paint dry is this CNC lark :coffee: Job done Rob |
