I have got the 24th edition,1992, from Amazon.
Cost me £18 but well worth it.
They have got one on now from the States for £7.74 plus £2.80 postage.
Unless you are after the latest technology the older ones are better because they have real information about engineering, not pages and pages about dilythium crystals and warp factor 11...in my humble opinion
My favourite book on how-to's has got illustrations of men working in munitions factories but no date so I reckon its early First World War before the men were called up and the women went into the factories.
