I worked that out John ... just wondered why you made 2 more rather than just 1 more and use the old one too? Presume they are different to the old one in some way?

The rod ends are threaded left and right hand thread ,this makes setting the slide valve easy

How did you cut the left hand thread have you got a set of tap and dies or did you screw cut them  :scratch:

Runs well in ether direction
It makes nice noises with some cut off
I will do a bit video of it in steam
Then strip it ready for paint
Could be a big mill engine next
