Modifying the OKMO P51 Friction Clutch for a Model Steam Engine

I?ve modified the P51 to work with a model steam engine, giving me something I?ve wanted since the very first time I powered a steam-driven accessory, the ability to disengage and re-engage the accessory while the engine continues running!

The wobble did annoy me to start with, but how handy the clutch is has gotten me over that OCD. It's the MK1 and I know a few things to now improve on the MK2. I have given a lot of thought to having the clutch as a totally separate orphan accessory (it would be absolutely ideal used like that) but there are some obstacles to overcome as the main clutch unit would still have to be spinning in a bearing mounting........my mind is ticking over on how to solve it.
