Circuit Board Badges

Here's a video showing how I made these custom circuit board badges for my local ham radio club. The video is mostly about how to go from graphics in an SVG file, to bitmap images of the individual layers, to a circuit board design in Eagle, to Gerber files, and finally to actual circuit boards. For a batch of 10 the cost was under $5 apiece counting the boards and all materials.
