I was hoping to see you cut it along another axis and separate the heads from the tails.

OK, that's something you now have to do Andrew!

Not once, but twice - then glue the two halves together to get a penny with two heads (or two tails, your choice!). Then see if you can get it into general circulation!
Cheers!

Rumour has it that a keffiyeh rather than a file is the easiest way out of jail these days

They'll probably just release you by accident!

How about cutting a file into three layers and assembling a birthday cake out of them?
I love it when a Plan B comes together!

This is getting surreal Steve !

I bet that you didn?t know that Wormwood Scrubs was emptied of convicts during WW2 and was used as a base for MI5 for Military Intelligence purposes.

My spark eroder is of the falling electrode style, so the best I could do would be to etch your initials into the file...

QQ Andrew - how is the stock material held in your wire eroder? Does it rest on a mesh, a bit like a plasma cutter, or is it clamped at the edges, or something else?  Reason I ask; I was wondering if it would be able to cut really small parts (say 70mm long, 4mm wide, 1mm thick stainless steel)?
Cheers!

Material is clamped to the stainless rail that surounds the work area.
