Thank you for those links David. I have browsed, then bookmarked them for reference later if new brushes don't fix it. I do however think my controller is different yet again from those pictured - well the machine is a clone of a Seig clone as far as i know. Yep I too tend to blame the ministry of finance but it is probably more a case of Champagne taste on a Beer budget. Cheers, John B |

As promised. I showed the engine, at last weekend's Junction 26 Steamup. It ran sweetly for more than 4 hours. Despite the rotten weather. Today, I gave it a rub with a duster. Then took some up to date pics........ And..... Put it up for auction on the Steamtoys Forum. After 1 hour's bidding, it now stands at £100......... :thumbup: Happy! :D David D |
