Construction of springer fork

Here I will share with you the process and result of construction of several forks, the forks will be aircraft-grade aluminum, machined and Exclusive  :headbang:
Materials, aluminum tube 32mm in diameter and 21.5mm,3mm wall thickness,flat aluminum 25mm thick for the triple trees,round aluminum of different diameters as needed,rods of 10 mm stainless steel for springs rods and a little bronze for bushings   :coffee:

Forks are for electric bikes :borg:

 Thank you for posting all these picture,
 I'm learning new work technics from what you have shown in your pictures.
Reading your post, I was wondering what these springer fork were for? Then you mentioned they were for an electric bike   :drool:
I wanted to see more, I checked your youtube link and again, amazing work.  I like your bobber style bike and I remember seing your headlight project write-up before.
I've never seen a transmission on an electric bike.  I can't imagine  the speed the bike will achieve. 
Project like yours only inspires me.
That is exactly why I got into homeshop machining, hoping some day I will be able to built a bike like that.
