Anyone having a Optimum 320x920 Lathe?

Have a look on the grizzley tools site, find the lathe closest to yours (13x36) and then look at teh instruction manuals which are a lot better written than most supplied with these lathes.

Also search here for "Crusader" which is a similar sized machine and thread cutting has been discussed.

Hmm couldnt find any on grizzly that resembled the machine. And that old thread had a dead link to what seemed a great program. =)
