Hi
i'm steve, i like to play around with a bit of metal
my equipment is:
chester 920 lathe
chester lux mill (new) not used one properly since i left school 30 years ago
steel bandsaw
mig
tig (new) i can see plenty of uses, just not got round to them yet
& a few other bits & bobs
my work is a car tech
ny hobbies are mainly motorcyles of all disciplines & a bit of kayaking time permitting
when i get time i've got 4 jap bikes to restore

i've got 2 late 80's kawasaki zx10s' 1 mid 70's honda 70 monkey bike & a mid 80's kawasaki z750l4, for resto. when i get round to it

Ahhh the old zx10? The one before the zx-11? (ZZR). Never rode one, but I did have an 11 for a short period of time. I am a huge Kawasaki fan. My first bike was a kz440. I have owned a few 7's (an 89 and a 96). We sold my wife's 636 a few years back.

When you start the resto, please do a project log!
