Hello world !

ParCan:
Hi

I'm Alex from Chelmsford in Essex.
I got bitten by the 3D Printer Bug 2 years ago and have made some fun things with it.

Then I started selling Parts Sets, and designing extruder nozzles.
Then I bought a mini Lathe
Then I started selling my 3D Printer Nozzles
Then I bought a Myford.
Then I had to sell more nozzles to buy tooling.........
........

I was just hunting around the net a week ago and found the Puddleduck engine.

It seemed like a fun thing to make - so I now have the Base plate, Block Plate and 2 Cylinder caps.

I firmly believe in going in at the deep end, and i'll let you know how I get on.

A fine choice for a project, I built one as my 2nd engine build, it really taught me a lot of great techniques. I documented my build here :- http://madmodder.net/index.php?topic=1525.0

Please do keep us all clued in to what you're doing, start a thread about it in the project logs section and keep us updated with your progress, especially with plenty of pics :worthless: :D :D

Glad to have you here.
