« on: November 29, 2011, 12:55:10 AM »
I needed a press and brake for some sheet metal projects. didn't have the funding to buy one,but had a 20ton jack some used channel and other materials in the scrap pile.anyway her it is.  Works great!  Got rid of some automotive paint too, decided to add some color to the shop

Nice.   I need to make one of those. Have had it on the to do list ever since I got my welder.

A little request DrParton, could you possibly make your pictures a bit smaller like around 800X600 pixels. Makes it kind of hard to get a good view of that nice hydraulic press and brake.

Thanks.

Regards,
Bernd

yeah needed some inspiration to fix mine.  Need to lock the gates 4 a few days cause i spend far toomuch time fixing everyone elses stuff onstead of mine.
From an early age my father taught me to wear welding gloves . "Its not to protect your hands son, its to put out the fire when u set yourself alight".
