this is one of my first pours building the gingery shaper. Do not work with liquid metal on concrete. I had a problem getting the crucible out of the furnace but since then I've perfected getting it out.

this is my first home made speed reducer for the G0602 lathe speed is around 58 rpm. I've redesigned it to make it easier to build so this one is not used anymore.
this is the second design of the speed reducer speed is now at 40 rpms I still haven't made any plans for it. You might notice the large home made pulley has a wobble to it. While I was machining it the set screw on the mandrel slipped and caused that to be off a bit, it doesn't hurt anything other than it looks bad.
