Name is Rick and I am in Yukon, OK.  Enjoy model engines, my Corvette (which got me started in machining parts), Old Route 66 and Geocaching.  Also dabble in a little wood turning.   But I also like to just tinker and make things.   I have been to this forum a number of times and looked at some of the really interesting projects.  Lots of variety and cool stuff.  Thought I would go ahead and sign up.  I also participate over at HMEM if the name seems familiar.

Black has a lower drag coefficient. Has to do with higher photon absorption creating a boundary layer with greater laminar flow.   :smart:
