Looks pretty good to me!
Don't worry, there is usually way too little clearance under the lathe anyway. Just make a dry run and find out if the lathe would be actually easier to operate if moved a little closer to edge or something (like fitting the front rail. With a riser blocks you have more leeway with chip tray, cable routting and such. See if it can be turned to a benefit. It's not like a wats are filling and the production has to be started in three hours! Move things around and develop a feel to it.
This will even give you a whole lot easier option on top paintting and other options. You have time, use it!
