If by sexy you mean the large handles then yes  :D It's a Cazeneuve HB500 lovely machine! Can't seem to find a picture of the tailstock. But with fine feed and follower feed I would call it sexy!  :D

Even short wobbly overhangs can get out of shape in hurry!

BTW using a ER collet tapped (and taped) into the end of my lathe's spindle works quite well:
