A bit more tonight ,,,,,,

the cylinder block needs a bit more profiling ,, job for the R/T .
The block was held in a 4 jaw chuck and the bore clocked in to the R/T axis .

then one side was clocked in to the mill X axis , this is so the head bolt holes and radiussssss will be in the correct position , making note of the R/T dial
reading.

Then finally the job was clocked into the mill spindle ,,,,,, zeroing the mill dials .

Now we no were the job is in relation to everything ,, time to start milling

, first off the head bolt holes were spotted ,

Next the 180 deg radius was milled on the lower section of the block

Then the job was spun around and the other side milled

Thats it for tonight

must admit this is a fun engine to build
