Cheers Lads :beer: :beer: Just a bit of an up date ,, Things have been a bit slow had a few other workshop jobs to take care of :dremel: Any way ,, the flywheels up next .machined up the flywheel blanks and decided to CNC the cut-outs for the spokes :dremel: Here is my small CNC set up Denford Starmill and Mach3 Mounted a 4 jaw chuck to hold the blanks ,,,,,,,,,, going to make a proper fixture for flywheels :proj: I used the find centre wizard in Mach3 to locate the blank centre Then off we go :ddb: :ddb: :ddb: :ddb: NOT FOR LONG ,,,,,,,,,MACHINE TOOK A MENTAL :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: No idea why it just did ::) Machined up the second one ok ,,,,,,,, wile it was chugging away machining the second blank i turned up another .
