Just a quick heads up for those of us in the UK, Aldi has expanding foam on offer tomorrow - they must have a crystal ball !

Wow great idea, I never would have thought of that. Now I just need to figure out how to arange all of my tools.
I used ship instruments in foam like that for a company that I worked for, just spray foam from a gun in the box lay on some special plastic sheet and press the instrument halfway down into the foam, then cover with plastic sheet and do the top createing a custom fit for each instrument.
