Hi All  My name is Mike and I live in the UK, I am a clockmaker and restorer. I also restore old speedometers and other bits of automata.  I have quite a nice workshop never quite big enough,  but always room for one more lathe.

I work manily in metals  ferrous and non, but also enjoy torturing wood

I am dyslexic and  sometimes make more than a few spelling mistakes.   However I quite enjoy being dyslexic and also making spleeing mistakes. 

I recognise a couple of names  from other sites. hi all.

If I knew any more I would be very very dangerous, but as I do not know much I am quite quite harmless.
