I only started doing vids fairly recently (2 or 3 years ago) so here are some I did manage to catch.

That's a sweet runner Bob  and your flywheels run true too  Thanks for the heads up on the sound bomb!! still made me recoil
John's engines.... I do believe I've seen them all personally
Favourite noise... Turbine :bugeye: . Favourite look.... the mill engine :jaw: most fun.... definitely the finger engines :ddb: My personal opinions only of course :)
Which is your favourite out of them John? (I have my suspicions)
Ralph.
Bogstandard:
Ralph,
There are still a couple of these on the projects list to finish off, the flame licker and the poppet valve.
My favourites have to be the finger engines, so easy to make and give hours of simple fun to anyone who owns one. I have forgotten how many I have made and given away.
There are no such things as good and bad engines, I think anyone who ever gets one running marvels at their own achievements. I do still, even after making them for so many years. It is such a shame that I have given so many away over the years. I would have had a great collection of junkyard engines by now.

I was thinking that the finger engines would be up there... I remember when you made them (the ones in the vid'). How happy you were
You still have a great collection John. Maybe not as large as it would have been but there are still a few of them on the shelf and under construction :dremel:
Speaking of junkyard engines... You still have the wooden finger engine too :headbang: (not exactly junkyard, more woodland recycling :) )
anyone else got one to show? I'm sure still pic's would be ok too if you don't have video?
:worthless: (I think that full phrase finally fits where I used it?!)
Ralph.
