DCMT 0702 inserts
« on: November 17, 2010, 05:16:21 AM »
I have a set of the Glanze indexable tools which use these, and I'm still using the ones which came with the set.

Anyone know where I can get a good price on some. I only use them for roughing out steel so I'm looking for a smallish quantity say 3-5 or so. Not bothered about the other numbers, but would prefer the chipbreaker type.

Anyone want to go halves on a box of 10 ?

I always finish with HSS as it gives a better surface, even compared to a new insert.

Many thanks

Don't use 'em myself but I always check e-blag first... Check retail suppliers for a price comparison first though.... Some e-bayers prey on the lack of cost knowledge!
