How to make a internal/external threading tool on your lathe

Big thanks for sharing this will be added to my to do list.
I`m not a single point threading person as I wimp out and tend to buy taps/dies. I had some info from john, doubleboost, regarding the full form carbides and holder but have not purchased any yet due to wife using funds for non vital stuff such as food etc. But i do have some silver steel round lying about and this could be my first venture into single point.

Now to adjust 2.5 Degrees on the compound ( 60-55=5-(2x2.5) for our METRIC THREADS, for this side of the Pond
Don't have to pay couple Hundred QUID ( NOT Squid !!! ) for Branded Inserts
And we can dream on about ACME as well
