I enjoyed reading your power hacksaw restoration very much perhaps someday i will have a go at making mine a bit prettier it is of 6"x6" cutting capacity and does a great job of the big stuff .

I have a little process question.  How do you get it all put back together right?  Do you just remember/figure it out, take lot of pictures you refer back to, or do you make sketches? 

I've been going the sketches and pictures route, but I always seem to forget something important that comes back to bite me on the ass.
