And here's another small project which I have recently finished,this saw, I found in the friends garage, in the center of landfill parts,condition as usual lamentable rust and dirt covered most of the surface,but surprisingly the rotation was very smooth without scoring, and falls.
That's how it looked:







As can be seen on the plate it was an old Chinese saw the production of Chen Feng,1977.

Disassembly phase before cleaning and sandblasting:





I decided to make a new stand fo it,made a sketch and sent to friends on the assembly:

Until then continued to prepare for sandblasting what all openings were closed:

And here is the details after sandblasting:



Preparation for painting,masking:




In the process of preparation, I drew attention to the fact that the main pulley was broken in three places so it had to weld,is not beautiful but functional and made by professional,a frend.

As you can see, I just moved the engine and made a new stand:

That is a great project. There is nothing wrong with your English at all, every picture is great and the written text is better than my English. That saw should last you for a long time and the fact that you rescued it will make it special to you. Thanks for sharing it with us.  :ddb: :ddb:

Thanks for showing the saw. A good rebuild.  I wish I could find things like that in my friends' garages.

Just one question: in your Micro-workshop thread, you said "...And about the workshop, it's on my balcony...."

 :bugeye: How much weight will that balcony carry?
