Which Mill ?

I am looking to purchase a Milling machine at the moment II have about £500 in the kitty can anybody give advice?

Maybe if you hinted at what you had in mind and what you you are planning to make ....  :thumbup:

I became frustrated using my conquest lathe to mill in producing this engine Darren.
I think that this the area I would continue in mainly marine steam for use in RC boats.

This looks a decent buy for £500 http://www.amadeal.co.uk/acatalog/AMA16V.html not sure it's got much more capacity than the conquest but more sturdy.

I got this http://www.amadeal.co.uk/acatalog/XJ20.html about a year or so ago but only paid £600 back then, it's gone up somewhat now though. Same one in Chester is a lot more http://www.chesteruk.net/store/century_vs_mill.htm
