International holiday
« on: October 18, 2009, 10:56:00 PM »
All this weekend, including Friday evening, I have been trolling my usual haunts.

Everywhere has been like a ghost town.

Most probably only about 10% of normal posts, some places zilch.

Has anyone else noticed this phenomenomenonen?

Is it no forum chatting weekend or something?

John

I have noticed the same thing as what you just mentioned. It is the same on several of the Radio Control aircraft forums as well. I was begining to think maybe it was just me imagining things but you came along and saved the day John. Thanks  :D :D

Cheers

Don,

At least we can chatter away between ourselves without someone changing the topic

I know the wife and I were busy most of the weekend getting the outdoors ready for winter to hit.  I also spent some time in the shop organizing and setting up a small filing cabinet to keep the clutter down, also needed a book shelf and decided the top of one of my wall hanging cabinets would work well for it.  After that I decided to finally make up the proper chuck backing plate for my indexer.  Guess what I am saying is others may have gotten taken in with the must get ready for the winter months syndrome also.  Now that the weather is going to turn nasty I will get more time in the shop..:)
