Foozer, you do your engine an injustice. That is a sweet little engine. Enchantingly exuberant !. I must treat mine to a flywheel shortly.

That's funny. Know how I drilled the holes in the flywheel? You sitting down?

Used a 7 1/4 inch saw blade, made a little spud for the center, slipped the flywheel over it  and counted off the teeth, all in a drill press. Stone ax and flint knives, right up my alley.

Another saw blade to use is a band saw blade. You can bbend those around a piece of wood and make an indexing device.

Re. bores/ boring.
I`ve got lots of reamers which used to produce mirror finish holes from 10mm to 20mm. Let me know what size will be of use, next time....  :thumbup:
