Nice design and a interesting lifting device my only concern is the small vent on top mine is 3 1/2 inches but mine is a forced air type it will be interesting to see how well it works you might have to raise the lid a bit to adjust the air flow.

Excellent design, and good looking too, especially the crucible lifting iron, I would be a bit worried about the castors melting though!
