Be careful with these things.  If you put swivel casters under the stand there is a risk the castors can be trailed inwards and allow the whole kit and kaboodle to a&$3 up if you try to park the saw vertical.

I always intended to make a nice solid stand for mine. But I find that I only move it out from the wall a little when cutting long stuff, then back against the wall to get it out of the way.  The flimsy stand and wheels on the back serve their purpose here.  In fact, the flimsy stand, given a strong wiggle, finds the flattest place on the floor and doesn't rock like a more solid version would.
