Neoprene elbow and knee supports are great- keep the muscles warm , joints warm ( and pain free) and cushion them if you fall ! Wash em in warm water but NOT DETERGENT - (skin reactions afterwards) cos they get sweaty but works a treat.

Rosehip syrup is reputedly good for arthritis ( if not it's bloody great on rice pudding!).
I have used them, over the years, Ian. Though, never drop tested...... Must check out rosehip syrup........

My main problem, is my feet. They don't want to hold me up, anymore.
Twelve years ago. Both big toes were modded, to free off the main joints. So I could walk easier.......
