The problem lies with old bones, worn joints, and arthtitis. Even in summer time, I can only manage a one hour shift. Mebbe, three times in a day, if I'm lucky.... :( David. |

David Neoprene elbow and knee supports are great- keep the muscles warm , joints warm ( and pain free) and cushion them if you fall ! Wash em in warm water but NOT DETERGENT - (skin reactions afterwards) cos they get sweaty but works a treat. :ddb: :ddb: Rosehip syrup is reputedly good for arthritis ( if not it's bloody great on rice pudding!).
