I use the business end of a seaside sand castle spade as a mini-dustpan while cleaning swarf from my Myford ML7 - it works well.

It's not pink, though, more a sort of sand yellow.  I've also got a smaller green one, that works too.

And I've got a baby's bottle brush for cleaning out the Morse tapers in the ML7 head-stock and tail-stock.

Well back to reality now ,back from my holidays  :(

So to cheer myself up I went a wee road trip to pick up a few incidentals for the Bridgeport.  :dremel:



Slotting head and HZ quill adaptor , then wile down country I popped into Arceurotrade  for a 6 inch machine vice and a wee bit R8 tooling ,the lad there makes a cracking cup of tea  :thumbup: , then on the way back I swung buy Joules house to drop off the X,Y thing and have  bit crack , his lass also makes a canny brew  :coffee:

Suppose I better put my Boxford shaper and Lathe up for sale ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,groan ,let battle begin  :lol:

Holiday was great thanks ,just winding down today ,buck to work tomorrow  :( , I will see about sticking a few photos up through the week , my arse looks mint in a mankini  :lol:

Well there are over 1600 reasons why I havent bought one yet  :bugeye: .I think I need to flog my Eagle30 first to put towards the cost..........
