You sure its not you just being a Yorkshire man John :D How much for a new one ? £1600 :bugeye: and it will need fixing from new   Rob |
John Rudd:
A new one from Chester is £1635 or Warco £1640.... The operating envelope doesnt appear to be as good as the Eagle, but then its biggest advantage is the knee....and the table is a little smaller.... What repairs do you refer to? The nice to haves I'd like are a 4" riser and a vfd conversion... |

Rare earth metals used lol not one leadscrew is the same diameter MMM there idea of a machined flat surface is not quite the same as mine and getting two surfaces parallel ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you must be joking . And I could go on  Rob |
John Rudd:
Hmmm....Looks like you got your work cut out sorting stuff then.... :dremel: Think I might look for something else.... |
Joules:
Hmmmmm, I had my heart set on a Warco 626 for years, but if I'm going to buy a project.... Might as well be any of the available mills these days. |
