Fergus OMore:
Peter,
 Quite correct!

Came with lots of 'goodies' which could go on my Super7B if it isn't too damaged after the storms and winter are over.  Nice Potts spindle and a Cleeve swing tool as bonuses

Norman

Nicely made little tool' they sell them on e bay & other suppler sites but are silly money. Talking about offset taper turning, I made something similar some years ago, have only used it once in anger since...

Made something similar ,using Hemingway-Kits set.

I use it when ever I need a taper.
Very handy tool,IMHO.
Fergus OMore:
Mine is calibrated to show offsets for 1 to 3 Morse Taper.  Came in the boxes of goodies with the ME10.  Complete in its own box and looking rather superior to my usual selection of what I laughing regard as tooling.

Hi Bob,

Good to see the project you've been busy with, I like the sensitive drilling spindle idea, I'll have to incorporate it into my sensitive die/tap holder musings...

I want to thread male & female M5 x 0.5, for that dial gauge needle puller I promised, sorry it's taking so long...
