Any ID on this lathe? - a project needing TLC or scrap?

Hi, thanks, what would an end mill be used for on a lathe? Also, what are the MT sleeves used for?

End Mills are mainly a milling machine tool

Drills or reamers can come withe different morse tapers so say your machine has a No 3 MS in the tail stop and you've got a drill with No 1 morse taper you use a No 1 to a No 3 sleeve to bring it up to size.
