Check to make sure the address you are trying to acces doesn't have a slash at the end (which would mean that you are asking for a directory listing instead of trying to read a page).

Make sure that you are accessing the front page or index of the website, not one of the deeper pages -- their address may have changed since you last used it. Don't use a bookmark to access, use a typed in address or BigBadBugga's link.

Can you try a proxy server? Might be related to your ISP....

Try viewing a page through a lookup for search term Warco in IXquick maybe?

On computer now and its the same 403 forbidden I did have words with Warco over my last order so wonder if they have blocked me somehow

If this turns out to be true they're getting some letters sent

Just set up a proxy and got onto Warco straight away so sent them a message asking why there blocking me if it turns out true which it looks like it is am going to post this on all the forums I'm a member on

If anyone wants to help can you also contact Warco and ask if this is there policy to block IP addresses of customers who return end mills that don't cut mild steel and ask for a refund

not a happy man now

Thanks to anyone who contacts  Warco and askes if they do block IP addresses and why

I very much doubt that they do. Roger Warren is a very straight chap to deal with, and anyway I doubt that their IT is up to that sort of thing.

I think it has to do with your ISP having a high rate of spam generation in the last few months -- nothing personal -- probably just an automatic blacklist of a range of addresses. They can probably change that.
