T slot cutter

Hi all i hope every one had a good Christmas. I have a Pm Crank Shaper Kit i thought it about time i started to put together, i have had a good look at the plans and have started to square it all up BUT! How do i cut t-slots to fit an 1/8th t-nut please? I can not find a cutter of that size in the shops do i have to try and make one, if so HOW!!! many thanks.

I simply took a 1/8" endmill and ground away a portion behind the tip with a Dremel mounted in a toolpost holder I made.  Worked very well.

If you make one, save it.  The other PM machine tools use the same size T-slot.

Thanks for the info, i had not thought of that, i was thinking " how am i going to hold some thing that small "   :doh:
now to order a 1/8th end mill.
