I admit the dovetails were cut with a router and not by hand.
I can just about do it the traditional way, but with that many drawers to make I was bound to make a mistake somewhere.
I have only got a couple of pictures of progress, but if I can work out how to squeeze a milling machine into the garage I will be making another one.
I have also put up a picture of an awl I have made. The brass ferrule was actually turned on the wood lathe by hand, and was the start of me wanting to get a metal working lathe. The wood is cocobolo. It has no finish on it, and was simply buffed to that shine. A beautiful tropical hardwood, but horrendously expensive and it does come with a health warning.
