I was using this cross drilling drilling jig the other day, and thought I would take some pics to post on here. I rescued it from the skip at work when we were moving premises. The vee block raising handle was broken off and the entire box full of bits had been tipped out. It took some time to find everything but I got there in the end. Apart from dismantling the column to remove the handle assembly for repair, and making a few odd bushes I haven’t done anything cosmetic to it. It gets a fair amount of use it’s so quick and easy to use.

Cross Drilling JigSet up with some ¼ dia brass bar on the small table. The vee block is screwed up tight to the bottom of the bush by the ratchet handle, which is a twist to reverse. And then under the drill press.

Now how could you walk away from a skip knowing that was in there.
