A day at Shuttleworth

The folks from Shuttleworth had their mid summer open day air show yesterday and I went up there on my bike, armed with camera and had a look around. I took near 400 pictures and here are just a few of them. You can say what you want about modern aircraft and jet fighters but those old box kites do have way more characterIMHO

Thank you for your comments and when I have sifted through the rest of those pictures i'll put some more up its just a shame that i did not take the video camera as well as some of those engines sound fantastic but i had limited space on the bike so had to make some cut backs as to what I could take along.

you might have managed to take a little bit more kit if you'd used a Shuttleworth Snap to go to Shuttleworth !
