Hi Guys
I recently found myself in the position where I needed more T Bolts for my 625 Mill, however I had an adequate number of T Bolts for my little Rodney Mill which uses Myford T Bolts. I did a quick check to see if they would fit the 625, they were ok on the 3/8" dia. but too small in the base of the T and just revolved. Did 10 min thinking and 20min making and ended up with the modded bolts as shown below. Four bits of steel cut from scrap, eight holes, four pop rivets, producing four dual purpose T Bolts. They work very well.
Cheers David

Extra T bolts was the first thing I made with my Mini Mill. A good get to know your equipment project I think.
