Hi there, all,
In the private message form there's a check box to 'leave a copy in my Outbox'. I've usually checked it when sending a PM.
The problem is, I can't find my Outbox!!

Hi Pete.
Top of the page has.... Home Help Search Admin Profile My Messages Calendar Members Logout
Click on, My Messages, to Read, or Send.
This opens another page, with..... Messages Actions Preferences.
Click on Messages.
This gives. New Message
Inbox
Sent Items. (Outbox).
Well..... That's how it works for me!

No - same for me as for Pete - no sign of sent messages. In fact I was looking for it last night having sent Pete a message !

Attached is what you should see. I put a red box around the outbox...

No I don't get the pane down the left hand side with the options at all. HOWEVER - now if I click on 'Messages' the drop down box has a third option that I'm sure wasn't there earlier - 'Sent' - very good but it shows no content :bang:

When you send PMs, you have to check a box "save a copy in my outbox"

Hi there, all,
Thank you all for your help and thank you to all of you who've confessed to having the same problem.
I shall blame 'those durned bi-focals'!!!
On a slightly different topic, I've been trying to address a few behaviour funnies on my computer yesterday and today. (Windows XP SP3 + FireFox.) When I opened this pane (i.e. the 'Reply' pane) none of the formatting controls or smileys were showing. I pressed control + shift + R and they all miraculously reappeared! :D :D :D
The discovery of this special version of 'refresh' is to the credit of my lovely but shy assistant.
In our household, at times like these, we recite the mantra 'Computers are fun, fun, fun!'!!
