Title: MB 22
Post by: steamup on October 20, 2013, 05:44:45 PM

This is the progress I have made with my build of a steam engine designed by Malcolm Beak. Dispite one or two problems due to typo errors in the plans it is starting to come together.

This is the engine so far in mock up form. The engine has a 3/8th" bore and 1/2" stroke I have extended this by 1/8th".
The plans can be downloaded from the Paddleducks web site.

I registered for membership on www.paddleducks.co.uk/ (http://www.paddleducks.co.uk/) on 21 October. Haven't had a response yet. Is there anyone moderating that forum?

Looks and runs great!

I didn't have the sound on at first, and it looked like it was standing still. Then I realized it was running so fast the motion was blurred. Congrats! Sweet little engine.
