That's a good bit of info with the taper shank drills. You tend to always find a few at a car boot sale.

I still need to get ahold of a decent pin chuck myself. Back when I was making a burner orifice I went all out and bought an official genuine English made Eclipse pin chuck and it was a total piece of junk. The drills were wobbling a full millimeter off centre.

Good video John,
I should have made one of those instead of buying a "Micro Drill Adaptor" from  ARCEUROTRADE.  Looked like it would be handy in the drill press but it wobbles like an old wagon wheel.

I was just about to make a morse taper centre for my rotary table when I was saved by your brilliantly simple suggestion. Thank you John..
