Hi Guys, my interests as follows:-
1 Machinery mods. and building.
2 Cabinet making.
3 Horology -- clock making, restoration and repair.
I have two machine shops one for metal , the other for wood, and I have an aluminum foundry.
I have had a varied career in different branches of engineering, and live in N.E. Essex.

Hi and welcome to MadModder. I see by your introduction that you appear to all the bases covered when doing a project either in metal or wood. I see that you are into horology as well. There are a few members here that have that interest as well. Perhaps as you get time you could share some more nice tool tips like the screw thread clamp that you showed us.
We hope that you enjoy being a part of MadModder and look forward to your participation in the various forums. If you have any questions just ask as there is always someone around to answer or at least give an opinion.

I am using my second build crucible furnace, melting one litre of aluminium. I produce castings for workshop machinery and associated items. I am hoping to upgrade the furnace in the near future to enable me to melt and cast brass/bronzs
